REGISTRATION DEADLINE: September 21, 2024  at 6pm

Registration will be closed after this date to allow our directors to divide teams and be best prepared to begin our season.

Late registrations will not be accepted after this date.

Spaces in our U5-U13 divisions are very limited, so register early to avoid disappointment!

All families are required to fulfill a volunteer commitment (see below)

**Deadline to withdraw with a full refund is 2 weeks after the start date. No refunds will be given after this date

Season Information

The indoor season for U11-U19 will begin shortly after Thanksgiving weekend and U5-U9 will begin within the first two weeks of November.

Once the teams are made, your coach/ manager will contact you and inform you of your schedule.

 

CPIC Requirement (Criminal Record Check)

CLMSA CPIC policy requires all team staff to provide proof of Criminal Record clearance. The RCMP provides this service for a fee of $10 to any volunteer. Payment can be made at City Hall and forms need to be completed at the detachment. Please include the CPIC volunteer letter available on our website under the Admin Tab.

 

Team Information

The size of our community and registration numbers presents many challenges.

In our Indoor season, we have both gender specific teams and mixed teams. The goal for CLMSA is to have gender specific teams at the U11 and above groups. The executive will look at the numbers each season, and plan based on registration numbers.

Registration for U5-U9 includes a jersey and a ball sponsored by Timbits Soccer. All players are required to have shin guards (covered with socks), and a water bottle.

Registration for U11-U19 includes uniform kit (jersey, shorts and socks). All players are required to have shin guards (covered with socks), and a water bottle.

All team communication will be facilitated through the Ramp app. There will be more info to come on this as we transition into the Indoor season. It is available through the app store at no cost.

 

Volunteer Requirements

CLMSA continues to work bingos and other fundraisers so that we can keep our costs low. CLMSA also offers many other volunteer opportunities such as coaches and team manager to fulfill your volunteer requirements.

For the upcoming outdoor season, we will require one $199.00 volunteer bond per family. This bond will be returned to you when your commitment has been fulfilled.

There is a buyout option in registration if you choose not to volunteer. Bonds can be paid at the time of registration or a post-dated cheque. There is no bond required for U5 parents

**Your registration will not be considered complete until your bond cheque/ buyout has been received.

Children will not be permitted on the fieldhouse floor to participate until these are received.

Cheques should be post-dated for March 30th, 2025 Bond cheques and fees can be submitted at first practice or mailed to: CLMSA, Box 556, Cold Lake, AB T9M 1P1

League Games

Travel Required For the U13- U19 age groups, travel will be required to other towns in the evening or weekends. Failure to complete scheduled games will result in the team not being allowed to participate in the district playoffs for provincials. Remember your team is counting on you!

 

Age Divisions

Please register your child in the correct age group according to the year of their birth.

Registrations will be moved to the correct division if not reviewed by an executive member.

U5 $80 Born 2021/2020 5:30- 6:30 Wednesday

U7 $95 Born 2019/2018 5:30- 6:30 Monday

U9 $95 Born 2017/2016 5:30- 6:30 Tuesday/ Thursday

U11 $215 Born 2015/2014 6:30-8:00 Monday/Wednesday

U13 $290 Born 2013/2012 6:30-8:00 Tuesday/ Thursday

U15 $290 Born 2011/2010 8:00-9:30 Monday/ Wednesday

U17 $315 Born 2009/2008 8:00-9:30 Tuesday/ Thursday

U19 $315 Born 2007/2006 8:00-9:30 Tuesday/ Thursday
