Calling All Coaches & Team Managers!
The Cold Lake Soccer Association (CLSA) is looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to help lead our teams for the 2025/2026 Indoor Season!
Whether you’re a returning coach or new to the game, we welcome your energy and commitment to helping our players grow and thrive. Coaching or managing a team is a rewarding way to give back to the soccer community and make a lasting impact.
Coaches - We provide training, resources, and ongoing support at all levels. No experience? No problem — we’ll help you get started!
Team Managers - Support your team by coordinating schedules, communicating with families, and assisting the coaching staff throughout the season.
House League (U5-U19)
A fun, no-travel program played entirely in Cold Lake. Perfect for first-time coaches or those looking for a lighter commitment. All games and practices are local, with a focus on fun, development, and community.
Tier 4 (U9-U19)
A more competitive travel program with weekend games in Cold Lake, Bonnyville, and Lac La Biche. Coaches and managers should be available for travel. This league offers a higher level of play and requires a stronger time commitment, including participation in tournaments and possible provincials.
Incentives Available
There are incentives available for both coaching and managing. Please contact us for full details on how the program works.
We can’t do this without you — coaches and managers are just as important to CLSA as the players. These young athletes look up to you and appreciate your time, leadership, and commitment more than you know.
